Supporters of Marcos still doubt the results of the vice-presidential count despite the Smartmatic and Comelec’s demostration which showed that the change in the hash code does not necessarily affect the result, and was purely cosmetic.
Lito Soriano, Convenor for Alyanasang Duterte at Bongbong says, “Bakit kung saan 70% na ang result being transmitted… then all of a sudden biglang bababa ang bilang ng boto.”
NAMFREL Systems Committee Chair Maricor Akol clarifies “…if ever nagkaroon ng dayaan, that you are blaming that change in the hash code, it’s not there, you should look at the VSM.”
Public audit is what they believe would clearly explain the integrity of the results.

A manual counting of votes using the COCs to be canvassed by the congress’ National Board Of Canvassers (NBOC) on May 23 & onwards,doing away with the use of the VCMs for the counting will more or less give the people a chance to appreciate how they voted & how it was counted correctly, thus the alleged manipulation thru the disgraced VCMs not anymore utilised in the canvassing will once & for all clear all doubts as the true will of the electorate is reflected in the counting of votes and by so doing, will assuage fears of election rigging/manipulation not resulted to in stealing away the victory of the true winners for the vice-presidency, as the presidency is already a cinch for presumptive president-elect DU30! This had been done, democracy will still have a chance of surviving what seemed to be a catostraphic election event!

Computer technicians especially the hackers can easily manipulate the computer program so based on the information from the public I believe that the counting of votes has been manipulated.
