IMHO the whole point of Mayor Duterte is the assurance for Filipino people that if will become a President . all his plans will he will make it work hard and ensure that government funds are surely handled without corruption. He can lead his people to the right direction where the common goal is for the common good for the people. He points out that he is the only candidate who can run the government effectively unlike other candidate who has nothing to prove but ineffctiveness and corruption issues. He is sincere in nation building. fight againts corruption and solving other issues or problems that is existing in our country. He is the only hope that people wanted for a better change. If Rappler wants to report negative highlights of any candidate. They can have too many negative write ups about Mar Roxas. They can interview people who are not satisfied with the performance of Mar Roxas or his bff Pnoy Aquino. Now that is justice. but too bad This bias media like Rappler and ABIAS CBN can’t do it for sure. Please be fair if you have conscience. Because the way you deliver your article is obviously a Dirty Trick. The Root of all evil is Money. Do not Make Money as your GoD. #duterteforchangeoftheoldsystem #duterteagaintscorruption#dutertefornationbuilding #duterteforthefilipinopeople

  2. gumagamit ka yata ng droga bata. Tingnan mo may UTAK NA TUWAD KA!!! haha! UPLB WHAT A SHAME!!!

Make Philippines proud. Don’t worry about the defense having good quality of guns, it’s not your business but the President. Focus focus to studies, as long as Gov’t won’t stop taking care of your tuition fees’ di ba? So be happy and don’t worry…’yan lang ang masasabi ko.

  4. bastos n bata , sana khit anti duterte ka eh matuto kang makinig s paliwanag at rumispeto s nkakatanda sayo, hindi porke matalino ka eh akala mo n alam mo lahat , marami ka pang bigas n kakainin, ganyan ba mga student ng uplb? naturingang matatalino pero wlang modo , wla bang turo magulang at teacher’s mo sayo? wla ka p s kalingkingan ng npatunayan ni mayor s davao

  5. Yung nagtanong ay walang good manners. Mababaw pati tanong at hindi malinaw. In fairness, the rest of the students were good except sa kanya parang ugaling barumbado. Magaling talaga ang taga UPLB kaso my sablay lng sa isa. Mabuhay ang taga UPLB! Mabuhay si Duterte!

  8. Their family must be wealthy enough to send him to UP yet too poor in giving attention to their psychotic child. Kaya ayan, clearly he has no respect at all. Subokan mong mag aral sa bundok, mag lalakbay ng 3 hours pra mkarating sa paaralan and I’m sure you will get what Duterte is trying to say. Not to mention, those rural places were prone to terrorist attacks. YOU better not to ask a question, if you don’t have the willingness to listen to the answer of that person in the first place. You’re too skeptical because you thought you’re a highly educated and a brilliant student, but you are wrong. Such a shame that you represent your School’s credibility that obviously lacks focus on good manners and right conduct. I suggest you go back to elementary instead, that would help you and your future.

naku chemical engineering ka kamo? hindi ka naman pala marunong makinig otoy..hindi ka matalino at wala kang kwenta..masyadong malaki ulo mo..pwede ba intindihin mo muna ang sinabi ni mayor..meron budget para sa education pero hindi ibig sabihin baliwalain ang defense..wala kang kwentang estudyante utoy at time will come malalaman mo ang totoong mundo after mo mag graduate dyan…bobo!

  11. TADO TO AH!!!! PARANG KASING-EDAD MO LANG KAUSAP MO AH!!!! PAKI-STORE NAMAN DYAN SA BRAIN MO BOY NA ABOGADO YAN, FISCAL YAN, MAYOR YAN NG DAVAO AT TUMATAKBO PA NG PAGKA-PRESIDENTE NG PILIPINAS…. AT IKAW AY ESTUDYANTE PA LANG…. NAPAKA-AROGANTE MO NAMAN!!!! KAHIT SIGURO MAGULANG MO EH MAGAGALIT SA ASTA MONG YAN…. NADADAMAY TULOY ANG IBANG MATITINONG UPLB STUDENTS SA ‘YO TSONG…. BAKA INAANTOK KA LANG… ALUGIN MO NAMAN SARILI MO NANG MAGISING-GISING KA NAMAN PARA MAKILALA MO KUNG SINONG KINAKAUSAP MO….. :-((

  12. The rude guy in white does not only lack refinement but common sense as well. The biggest budget for every country goes to its military since the foremost function of a nation and its government is to protect its sovereign territory. The reason why most Filipinos do not see the upgrades in military equipment and facilities is because there is too little or none at all. Corruption is a typical scenario in the Philippines where government budget is diminished to its barest prior to landing at its intended purpose. Allocated purchases — like military vehicles and weapons — are misrepresented in the inventory as having been possessed by ten folds or more than their actual bidding price. I think we have more than enough budget for defense unless we going to war against China.

Having lived in Davao for more than 5 years I can say that the city has come along way. Good governance, transparency, and unparalleled safety and security are its topmost attributes. Davao is a city operating almost on a shoestring budget beyond the fact that Mindanao is a very rich agrucultural haven. Just recently, Davao’s Central 911 had an upgrade by its acquisition of ‘brand new’ vehicles and equipment; considering its cost of approximately Php 150M, it was way more cheaper than the Php 2B parkade in Makati city.

Am I pro Duterte? Yes, because the man walks his talks. Do I want him to win? I don’t know. If Davao becomes a Federal state Duterte can surely turn it into the next Singapore story.

  14. Before you speak,,listen,,yan ba ang tinuturo ng mga guro Jan sa UPLB??lawyer at mayor yang tinatanongan nya,,Hindi ordinaryong tao,,all I can say is don’t insult and underestimate a true born Cebuano and Davao city mayor like duterte,,walay values subject ang inyong school ug religion subject?how rude, bastos,,walay modo and walay respeto,,kinsay ganahan Ana nga nangutana ang studyante nya mutubag unta si mayor directly sapawan man nya mangutana pajud ug balik2x,,elementary brain tol?

  15. datu bobby alamhali

Kala ko ba estudyante yan. Taga UP pa naman ata. Exhibit A is Davao City.

  16. To the losbaños student faculties na nakababasa nito ang hina naman ng utak ng estudyante nyo!nakakahiya kayong may ganyan kayong klasing estudyante na bastos! He is telling in front of a million people in philippines and over the world na may pilipino na sagutin agad ang tanong para makauwi na si mayor?is that the right way na magsalita ang mga estudyante nyo?

Whoever you are, you are a shame to your school.
